ARE NOT THE HANDS OF A GREAT-GRANDDAUGHTER HEALING HANDS WHEN...

Are not the hands of a Great-Granddaughter healing hands when she chooses to sit beside her Great-Grandmother and asks her; "What was it like for you at Thanksgiving when you were my age, 14?" She listens intently as her Great-Grandmother recalls cherished memories of life as it was many years ago! She sees the sparkle in her Great-Grandmother's eyes and realizes it's as if once again her Great-Grandmother was now her age of 14, and with each word lovingly spoken, her Great-Grandmother was reliving cherished memories for the benefit of all present to hear, especially her Great Granddaughter!

Captivated was the audience, for their ears were being blessed with the history of their family as told by one who was there, and not just anyone, but the one largely responsible for their being!

So with but one simple question, by one loving Great-Granddaughter well timed, a family treasure was found, unlocked, and now visible to the hearts and minds of all present!

And so, the Great-Granddaughter would not let this opportunity slip by, she continued to ask her Great-Grandmother pointed well timed questions, helping her to focus her memory upon a specific time and place, allowing her Great-Grandmother to locate and recall her treasured memories with greater ease!

Oh so thoughtful and loving was this Great-Granddaughter!

All who were present, benefited ever so greatly, for such wealth was being shared with them, delighting them all, but none so much as that loving and ever so thoughtful Great-Granddaughter! Her face as radiant as the noon day Sun, her smile as wide as the Sea, her eyes twinkling as all the stars in Heaven, gorgeous and precious was she!

Because of her, and her kind loving act of thinking to include her Great-Grandmother in the conversation at the Thanksgiving Table, precious, precious treasured memories of family history were now shared by many in heart, in mind, in Soul. A loving gift bestowed upon them all, truly priceless without any equal, given them all with true love and direct from the heart of the woman mainly responsible for all of their being, her Great-Grandmother!

Were not the hands of this Great-Granddaughter HEALING HANDS for they rekindled the flame of eternal love of Family so long in the making? Did she not cause her Great-Grandmother to feel as she should, admired, respected, well-loved, and valued?

Were not the Great-Granddaughter's hands HEALING HANDS to all those present, for were not their hearts, their minds, their very Souls given greater life?

And if that be so, were not GOD'S HEALING HANDS at work as well for all present?

So significant are WE all, for WE all have HANDS that can HEAL if WE hear that which calls from within our heart and choose to listen!

Dare to be different, dare to be true, dare to be bold, DARE TO BE YOU! For YOU are significant and OUR World is all the better for YOU being in it! There is much to be done! Shall WE begin?
