ARE NOT THE HANDS OF A CHILD HEALING HANDS WHEN

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when even as a newborn infant their little hands close upon their Mother's fingers, instantly removing the ache and longing within her heart to have a child of her own?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when they reach out to greet their Parents as they return home from a hard days work?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when even amidst the grandest mess, they look up at YOU with pride and love in their eyes and offer YOU that which they have created for YOU, and YOU alone?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when upon hearing YOU sneeze or cough, they come running with a tissue and say; "This is for YOU" ?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when as YOU are sitting downcast, and blue, they wrap their arms around YOU (as much as they can), hug YOU and SQUEEZE YOU and say "I love YOU"?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when they are seen active while playing or while singing a song, while laughing or dancing to their delight?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when, for no other reason except for being present at the wrong time and in the wrong place, they are yelled at, and they look at YOU with those ever so loving eyes and say; "I forgive YOU"?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when home from school they are pleased, with having learned their ABCs?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when afraid of chores or effort they are not, and willing are they to make a fast start?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when for another, to a bully do they stand, and show zero tolerance for that which is wrong?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when caring and sharing that which they have?

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when so honest and pure, they say what they think, and they mean what they say, and to YOU they say; "This was the BEST day!"

Are not the hands of a child HEALING HANDS when; as YOU look up to GOD and say; What will I do?, HE answers when there is tug at your side, and YOUR child says; "I LOVE YOU"? For HE reminds YOU to live with JOY in YOUR heart for the miracle HE provided to YOU for a fresh start!

And if these be so, have not GOD'S HEALING HANDS been at work as well?

DARE TO BE DIFFERENT, DARE TO BE TRUE, DARE TO BE BOLD, DARE TO BE YOU! WE are all significant, each and every one of US, for WE all have hands that can HEAL if only WE hear that which is within OUR heart and choose to listen! Shall WE begin?
